- Workspace content: artwork, images, styles, tech packs, BOMs, pricing, factory information, purchase orders, production records, messages, notes, tasks, and uploaded files.
- Billing information: subscription, seat quantity, transaction, invoice, and billing-status information. Payment card details are processed by Stripe rather than stored directly by us.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, log records, timestamps, referring pages, and security events.
- Support information: messages, attachments, and other information you provide when requesting help.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Design Art Studio.
- Create and administer accounts, workspaces, roles, subscriptions, and paid seats.
- Process payments and communicate about trials, billing, renewals, and account status.
- Deliver service notices, authentication messages, and support responses.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
- Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

- Workspace users: according to the roles, permissions, and collaboration features selected by workspace owners and administrators.

No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and assigning appropriate workspace access.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information. You may also update certain account information directly in the service and manage marketing communication preferences.
Workspace content is generally controlled by the organization that owns the workspace. If your account was provided by an organization, contact its workspace owner or administrator first for requests concerning that content.
8. Children’s privacy
Design Art Studio is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can take appropriate action.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy, update the effective date, and provide additional notice of material changes when reasonably required.
